Tall grass may not always be guaranteed depending on Milton’s mowing schedule, but it’s usually once a season based off observation from my sessions previously. If tall grass is a main factor in what you’re looking for, express this to hanna (and I would also recommend Hyde Farm as a consistent tall grass location that hasn’t been mowed, ever..)
None of the Milton locations have access to a public restroom, but because they are such natural places, there are extensive woods and paths to privately change, if you oppose the car.
